Requirements
- Have 5+ years of working experience in backend development with Java.
- Bring deep expertise in the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and REST/gRPC.
- Understand reactive patterns and JVM internals, including memory barriers, JIT compilation, and heap management.
- Be proficient with agentic AI tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot.
- Have solid experience with PostgreSQL, Redis caching layers, and Terraform.
- Have daily-use experience with GitLab CI pipelines and Docker/Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Have experience with distributed systems and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using software development best practices.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- C++ professional working knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend software using Java.
- Build with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and REST/gRPC.
- Use agentic AI tools to accelerate code development, refactoring, and complex debugging.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using software development best practices.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis caching layers, and Terraform infrastructure-as-code.
