Requirements
- Have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python.
- Write clean, testable, observable, and scalable code.
- Have built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications.
- Have experience with agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns such as ReAct or Plan-and-Execute.
- Be deeply familiar with frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Have experience building robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Have experience working directly with customers and leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
- Be able to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specifications.
- Have experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-value, ambiguous enterprise business problems into agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
- Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that work across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources.
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform across the product lifecycle.
- Scope and shape use cases end-to-end, working across technical areas as needed.
- Contribute shared frameworks and patterns for consistent delivery across customers and teams.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality.
- Travel 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
