Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must have lived in the US for 3 full years out of the last 5 years.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, and SOQL is preferred.
- Experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and Copado best practices is preferred.
- Experience building REST APIs for external system integrations is preferred.
- Experience with object-oriented design patterns and Salesforce data modeling best practices is preferred.
- Experience working on Agile and SAFe teams is preferred.
- Salesforce reporting and dashboard development experience is preferred.
- An active Trailblazer account is required; one or more Salesforce developer certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full application life cycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Write, test, and deploy reusable, reliable, high-performance Apex code.
- Create and customize Lightning Components to enhance the user interface.
- Design data models and implement Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships.
- Optimize application performance through code optimization, query analysis, caching, and asynchronous workflows.
- Contribute to options analyses, proof-of-concept implementations, and solution validations.
- Gather technical requirements and translate user stories and dependencies for the technical delivery team.
- Work with designers and engineers to implement product, front-end, and back-end requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform problems and assist users with resolution.
- Document technical designs and development processes, and establish Salesforce coding standards and testing practices.
