Requirements
- Have a degree in accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
- Have 3+ years of experience in public accounting or providing accounting services to external clients.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statement preparation and applicable accounting standards.
- Be proficient in spreadsheets and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent software.
- Be fluent in English, with strong written communication skills.
- CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience serving multiple clients, industries, or jurisdictions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create tasks involving bookkeeping review, adjusting entries, trial balance preparation, financial statements, and client accounting queries.
- Develop reference solutions that reconcile source documents to final outputs and explain relevant accounting judgments.
- Evaluate agents organizing incomplete records, correcting misclassifications, reconciling accounts, and preparing client deliverables.
- Define scoring criteria for technical accuracy, consistency, documentation, and clarity of client communication.
- Identify missing information and assess whether agents request clarification or state reasonable assumptions.
