Requirements
- Be available to work Pacific Time Zone (PST) or Mountain Time Zone (MST) business hours.
- Bring strong research and analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information across medical specialties.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Be able to collaborate effectively across clinical, research, and operations teams.
- Be able to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and continuously improve processes.
- Have an affinity for technology and process optimization, with an interest in scalable ways of working.
- Provider-facing healthcare experience and/or a degree in a healthcare-related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting or administering academic and/or clinical research is strongly preferred.
- Customer service, concierge, or client-relations experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-quality providers across medical specialties.
- Evaluate providers and healthcare programs with clinical and research partners.
- Build and maintain PHM’s proprietary database of healthcare providers.
- Expand the provider network through research, evaluation, and relationship development.
- Review provider credentials and healthcare programs using PHM’s evaluation criteria.
- Use and improve internal tools and workflows to enhance provider data quality and operational efficiency.
- Support technology-enabled processes for provider management, insurance verification, and patient access.
- Ensure provider intelligence is accessible, accurate, and actionable for cross-functional teams.
- Contribute process-improvement ideas as PHM evolves and scales.
