Requirements
- Have 1 or more years of experience in market research, consumer insights, business analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Have an advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Have advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested IF statements, and large dataset manipulation.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with consumer, retail, panel, survey, or market research datasets is a plus.
- Familiarity with brand tracking, consumer behavior analysis, or market measurement studies is a plus.
- Experience preparing executive presentations or insight reports is a plus.
- Exposure to marketing analytics or consumer insights environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer, retail, and market research datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Calculate and interpret metrics such as market share, household penetration, brand awareness, and purchasing behavior.
- Maintain and update recurring reports, trackers, and data tables.
- Create charts, summaries, and presentations that communicate findings clearly and actionably.
- Review data outputs and validate calculations for accuracy and consistency.
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and business recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in English-speaking environments.
- Support client-facing and internal initiatives with analysis and reporting.
