Job Details

Have experience integrating data from diverse sources and systems.
Demonstrate high-level manipulation of complex databases.
Assess data completeness, quality, and acceptability.
Collaborate effectively with medical professionals, research staff, and trainees.
Work autonomously and collaboratively across varied project requirements.
Bring strong organizational skills to manage a dynamic portfolio of requests and projects.
Use Microsoft Fabric for managing, storing, and analyzing data in Lakehouse architectures.
Have experience with Dataflow version 2 for ETL operations.
Exposure to Power BI, Jasper Studio, R, Python, and PySpark is preferred.

Consult with customers, technical teams, and leadership to align application setup with strategic objectives.
Design data structures and schemas for data collection and create custom reports.
Train staff and provide user assistance for clinical-trial applications.
Maintain application documentation and change-control procedures.
Coordinate with external vendors, including Advarra and other software providers.
Collaborate on data pipelines, analysis, visualization, and metric reporting.
Identify requirements, prioritize enhancements, and develop reports for organizational needs.
Participate in data migration and data-flow initiatives across systems.
Develop programs to transform and manipulate data and create new files.
Manage cloud data storage and retrieval using Snowflake and APIs, and lead datamart and informatics development.
