Requirements
- Have five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Be proficient with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, New Relic, and AWS.
- Have experience creating and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking.
- Bring advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Be familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Business analysis certification such as CBAP is a plus.
- Experience in the software development industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, including regular team meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from multiple sources into Snowflake.
- Lead the development and implementation of BI solutions using Tableau and other tools.
- Gather requirements and provide status updates while building relationships with management and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute project plans for timely delivery of data analytics solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets and propose data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Create source-to-target mappings, information-model specifications, reports, and dashboards.
- Present insights using data visualization techniques, document findings, and maintain compliance with data security and PHI privacy requirements.
