Requirements
- Have 4–8 years of experience in product management, data and analytics, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products from requirements definition through implementation and launch.
- Bring client-facing experience building relationships and coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Have experience reviewing technical deliverables, challenging proposed solutions, identifying gaps, and aligning business expectations with technical implementation.
- Be familiar with Generative AI, document intelligence, optical character recognition (OCR), AI agents, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Have experience coordinating UAT, business validation, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
- Be able to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and connect delivery outcomes to measurable business value.
- Bring strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in an enterprise environment.
- Be comfortable working independently while staying aligned with client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the client's Data & Analytics team and bridge Quality business stakeholders, IT, data teams, and implementation vendors.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements-gathering sessions, define priorities, and translate needs into product deliverables.
- Coordinate business and technical teams on scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation priorities.
- Communicate product progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Review vendor deliverables, including solution architectures, AI workflows, user interfaces, data mappings, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
- Assess AI-enabled solutions for business fit, human oversight, and transparency into findings, exceptions, and recommendations.
- Coordinate business validation, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and launch readiness.
- Define and refine KPIs, measurement frameworks, and product outcomes with the Value team.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to validate data requirements, mappings, reporting needs, and information quality.
- Maintain documentation of product requirements, decisions, risks, dependencies, action items, and delivery status.
