Requirements
- Hold an active nurse practitioner license in good standing in at least Nebraska.
- Have board certification through AANP or ANCC.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders.
- Have a strong clinical background in evaluating and managing patients with cognitive-behavioral disorders.
- Maintain evidence-based clinical skills and implement outcome-focused care.
- Be knowledgeable in crisis response.
- Be comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
- Be able to use Google Workspace, a proprietary EMR, and other systems and tools.
- Provide a personal computer or laptop that meets security and telehealth standards.
Responsibilities
- Hold 60-minute initial sessions with patients.
- Hold 30-minute follow-up sessions with patients.
- Work collaboratively with other brain health care partners at Isaac Health to support beneficial treatment for patients.
