Requirements
- Bring deep experience and passion for people management.
- Have a background leading large organizations with managers as direct reports.
- Have experience in a quota-carrying role and a record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets as a people leader.
- Focus on delivering a strong client experience grounded in functional expertise and performance.
- Bring a proven track record in advertising and martech, with knowledge of the industry landscape and its challenges.
- Demonstrate strong data acumen, including using team insights and working hands-on with spreadsheets and systems to inform decisions.
- Support a performance culture that values supporting others, integrity, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Inspire clients and teams to set ambitious business priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
- Lead 50+ account leads and account managers to deliver revenue and client experiences that support client goals.
- Define, refine, and expand the service motion, aligning resources to help clients grow and improving operational rigor.
- Use client satisfaction and product adoption insights to identify growth and improvement opportunities, then drive programs to address them.
- Improve internal cross-functional collaboration to advance company goals and client success.
- Build standards and accountability, and achieve or exceed shared revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
- Develop a high-performance, high-support culture across Global Client Services.
