Requirements
- Have 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or a related field.
- Have working personal fluency with Claude; this is mandatory.
- Have experience with Microsoft Copilot or equivalent enterprise AI tooling.
- Be able to design and document hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Have experience defining data standards, metrics, or governance practices in a cross-functional environment.
- Have strong SQL skills and experience with BI and visualization tools.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce executive- and board-quality materials.
- Be comfortable operating in ambiguity within a small, fast-moving team.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree; a technical or quantitative field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop data analysts, including hiring, goal setting, performance management, and career growth.
- Set team priorities and manage workload across Engineering, Client Delivery, and Corporate stakeholders.
- Review analyst work and ensure reporting and analysis are accurate, timely, and decision-ready.
- Define and maintain enterprise data standards, metric definitions, naming conventions, documentation, and a shared data dictionary.
- Establish data quality monitoring, validation processes, and issue-resolution workflows, and drive remediation with data owners.
- Run intake, hypothesis design, metric definition, and outcome documentation for data and AI experiments.
- Lead go/no-go reviews and production-readiness decisions for AI pilots, including validation evidence and vendor coordination.
- Drive training and adoption for Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, and produce the monthly AI scorecard.
- Co-lead AI Sandbox operations with Engineering, including use-case intake, prioritization, and graduation criteria.
- Manage data and AI tooling vendors and track spend against the approved plan.
