Requirements
- Have 3+ years of Data Engineering experience.
- Have 3+ years of Airflow experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Have working knowledge of Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, and GCP.
- Hold a BS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fintech, payments, or related industry experience is a plus.
- Experience managing Airflow is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines used by other teams and customers.
- Integrate with internal and external APIs to send and receive data.
- Orchestrate and automate workflows using Airflow on Kubernetes.
- Implement unit tests, monitoring, and alerting to ensure data reliability.
- Improve the observability and efficiency of existing pipelines.
- Monitor production pipelines, debug issues, and document root causes.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate assumptions.
- Contribute to design discussions and surface functional gaps early.
