Requirements
- Have 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant time in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Understand the Salesforce data model, sharing model, and platform limits.
- Have hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
- Have experience designing enterprise-scale security models.
- Have experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps tooling.
- Hold Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
- Have a track record of leading large Salesforce programs end-to-end.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential is preferred.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud is preferred.
- Exposure to Einstein AI / Agentforce features is preferred.
- Experience with multi-org consolidation or M&A integrations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
- Drive technical strategy for complex, multi-org Salesforce environments.
- Set standards for Salesforce security, integration, and customization.
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
