Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Have direct responsibility for supporting business growth and translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Bring experience in public accounting or middle-market professional services, ideally in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrate success leading organizational change, introducing technologies and processes, and improving employee experiences.
- Have experience migrating an organization to cloud-based infrastructure and managing adoption of new platforms.
- Develop and execute technology strategies while remaining sufficiently hands-on to deliver complex initiatives.
- Work effectively with people at all organizational levels and navigate professional services environments.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and explain technical concepts and strategic priorities clearly.
- An MBA with an emphasis in technology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with organizational growth, business objectives, and operational needs.
- Lead the IT organization and build relationships across the organization.
- Drive business process improvements, technology adoption, and initiatives that improve productivity and employee experience.
- Define IT infrastructure strategy across cloud computing, storage, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and software capabilities.
- Lead IT supervisors and manage vendor and consultant relationships and internal technology support.
- Develop and oversee the IT budget, prioritize investments, and recommend technology solutions.
- Assess organizational and departmental requirements and prioritize technology improvements.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure transitions and change management initiatives.
- Communicate technology strategy and recommendations to senior management and IT stakeholders.
- Monitor applicable IT-related regulations and compliance requirements.
