Job Details

Languages: Proven verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience: 6+ years of experience testing web applications and/or mobile applications.

Have 6+ years of experience testing web applications and/or mobile applications.
Develop and execute software test strategies and test cases.
Have experience with Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End System Integration Testing.
Have experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps development methodologies.
Understand JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and general web technologies.
Document and create clear, concise, comprehensive bug reports, test plans, and test cases.
Be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
Have proven verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mobile testing tools such as Appium and BrowserStack are highly desired.
API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Apigee are a plus.
Familiarity with building automation scripts and the Playwright framework is noted.
Understanding of database architecture and concepts is a plus.

Lead and execute testing of client-facing applications, internal tools, and backend APIs.
Use and promote formal testing methodologies to support high-quality output.
Investigate product quality and identify improvements.
Log and track defects using the designated tracking system and tools.
Identify QA process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Work with Development, Product Management, and QA colleagues to develop test approaches and strategies for products and product lines.
Identify and manage key product quality KPIs and metrics.
