Requirements
- Be admitted to practice in California.
- Have at least 5 years of litigation experience.
- Bring strong legal research skills.
- Demonstrate strong legal writing skills.
- Have strong verbal communication skills.
- Be able to interact with clients and command client confidence.
- Be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Be able to identify and resolve problems quickly.
- EPL defense experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters as an associate in the EPL litigation group.
- Work independently on assigned matters.
- Interact with clients and build client confidence.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects.
