- 7+ years in security leadership
Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of security leadership experience.
- Have built or significantly scaled a security program at a fast-growing SaaS company.
- Have deep experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar compliance certifications.
- Understand application security, AI product security, and AI software development security risks and how to mitigate them.
- Prefer automation over manual scaling.
- Have a track record of partnering with product and engineering teams in a governance or oversight model, setting policy and guardrails while engineering executes.
- Have experience with enterprise security requirements in regulated or research-intensive industries.
- Be able to roll out organizational change and gain buy-in across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to evolve secure software development using AI coding tools and secure customer-facing products.
- Maintain and advance the security and compliance posture, and evaluate other certifications for enterprise deals.
- Scale the security function through automation.
- Lead security operations, including auditing, internal documentation, incident response, and company-wide security awareness.
- Own the security narrative for enterprise customers, including the Trust Center, security documentation, and customer-facing security reviews.
- Build a company-wide security culture and integrate security and data privacy into processes and decision-making.
