Requirements
- Have hands-on experience editing and publishing SEO content to a high standard.
- Understand on-page SEO fundamentals, including metadata, headings, internal linking, anchor text, and URL structure.
- Be able to identify and correct factual inaccuracies, weak claims, and AI-generated hallucinations.
- Have experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar systems.
- Have strong English editing and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
- Be able to work independently, document work clearly, and communicate proactively in Slack.
Responsibilities
- Quality-check AI-assisted articles before client delivery and publication for accuracy, clarity, readability, and brand voice.
- Fix broken links, missing metadata, weak internal linking, poor anchor text, formatting issues, and factual inaccuracies.
- Review claims, identify inconsistencies, and flag content requiring further validation to prevent AI hallucinations from being published.
- Publish 3–5 articles per day across client CMS platforms, including WordPress, Webflow, and custom systems.
- Optimize images, alt text, metadata, structured data, headings, and on-page presentation.
- Improve article presentation with bullets, bold text, tables, and other formatting.
- Share clear Slack updates and maintain organized QA, publishing, and client feedback logs.
- Identify recurring content issues and suggest improvements to prompts, workflows, and QA processes.
