Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Have 8+ years of experience building software.
- Bring strong programming and design fundamentals.
- Have 4+ years of experience working on large-scale distributed systems.
- Have 4+ years of experience leading technical projects across multiple teams.
- Strong skills in Go, Python, TypeScript, or a similar language are an ideal qualification.
- Experience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or CI/CD for a large engineering organization is an ideal qualification.
- Have shipped real work with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or custom agents.
- Demonstrate a track record of making engineers measurably faster through quicker builds, easier deploys, less toil, or happier developers.
- Be comfortable working in ambiguity and aligning teams without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Help shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, including full-stack systems, shared patterns, and AI-powered product experiences for the dashboard.
- Design and build end-to-end features that bring AI into real product workflows across customer-facing experiences, backend services, and supporting infrastructure.
- Scale web experience systems and foundations to support product usage and AI adoption while maintaining reliability, quality, and usability.
- Standardize patterns and raise the technical bar through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and peer engineering teams.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership on high-leverage bets and make clear tradeoffs.
