Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in data entry or merchandising coordination within retail or chain supply settings.
- Have experience with data entry, preferably in an Amazon or Walmart e-commerce environment.
- Be familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Be able to manage large data sets accurately and with attention to detail.
- Understand merchandising principles and customer-centric product presentation.
- Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Be able to work 9 am–5 pm EST and remain available for video chats.
- Have a dual-monitor PC setup and a strong, steady internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain product information, pricing, and inventory levels in the internal VRP database.
- Coordinate the setup of new products, promotions, and campaigns on Amazon and Walmart.
- Audit product data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and address product-listing issues.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing, and content teams on merchandising efforts across Amazon and Walmart.
- Assist in optimizing product titles, descriptions, and images.
- Generate and analyze reports on product-data KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Look for ways to streamline data-entry and merchandising processes.
