Requirements
- Have 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Have strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
- Have advanced Service Portal development experience, including widget customization and UI scripting.
- Have experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
- Have experience leading development teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Have experience working in Agile environments with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow application deployment.
- Have experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Have strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
- Have experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions (preferred).
- Have experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, Integration Hub, and complex integrations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
- Create workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
- Develop custom Service Portal widgets and UI components using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Lead integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, role-based access controls, and data governance.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of ServiceNow developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize system performance, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups; document solutions, workflows, and architecture designs.
