Requirements
- Have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, such as Project Operations, CE, F&O, PSA, Field Service, or Customer Service.
- Know Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Have experience customizing, configuring, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Have strong C# and .NET skills.
- Know JavaScript or TypeScript in the context of Dynamics 365 extensions.
- Have experience preparing technical specifications and documentation.
- Have German language proficiency at C1 level.
- Have English language proficiency at C1 level.
- Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, API integrations, monitoring, and error analysis is a plus.
- Experience in the energy sector or with a network operator is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Implement business and technical requirements in CRM solutions.
- Create and develop extensions, workflows, and automation.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 integrations with external systems and APIs.
- Monitor existing integrations and analyze and resolve errors.
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
- Support work estimates and sprint planning.
- Prepare and execute tests and support release and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
