Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- For external applicants, consultative or service-based sales experience is preferred.
- Be coachable and motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
- Be highly organized, reliable, and accountable.
- Be tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple CRMs efficiently.
- Maintain a minimum 6-month running close rate above 35%.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills across phone, email, and CRM.
- Develop a solid understanding of Unitas services and PPO participation; training is provided.
- Work from a fixed, professional designated workspace with a strong internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales consultations across all product types during scheduled Monday–Friday business hours.
- Manage and follow up independently on assigned leads.
- Support lead clean-up and maintain lead accuracy.
- Close deals by phone and email.
- Follow up on other representatives’ leads when needed.
- Cultivate relationships with vendor partners to generate leads and sales.
- Present educational webinars to drive lead engagement and sales.
