Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in behavioral healthcare.
- Hold a full license as an LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist for clinicians treating individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication and record keeping.
- Have technology skills sufficient to use an electronic health record.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity.
- Meet agency minimum productivity hours.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call duty once every staff rotation as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide intervention, evaluation, and assessment, as well as individual, group, and family counseling.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being.
- Develop and maintain a community referral network.
- Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies.
- Coordinate care across Prairie Ridge services, including IHH and other services.
- Maintain regulatory, contract, documentation, and data-collection standards, and complete documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain working knowledge of documentation and reporting systems, including Accreditation Now, MyOutcomes, and the electronic health record.
- Attend staff consultation, supervision, and training activities.
- Assume 24-hour on-call duty once every staff rotation as needed.
