Requirements
- Hold an active LMHC license in Hawaii.
- Have a master’s degree in counseling or a related behavioral health field.
- Have clinical experience in mental health treatment.
- Be comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
- Be able to independently manage a full-time caseload.
- Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to assigned clients.
- Complete clinical evaluations and ongoing assessments.
- Create and update individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
- Monitor client outcomes and therapeutic progress.
- Adhere to state licensing and telehealth guidelines.
