Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Have a full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Have experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Be comfortable and familiar working with clients with a diverse range of problems or concerns.
- Demonstrate and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Be able to pass a background check confirming the ability to provide safe care.
- For full-time status, maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
- Provide care to clients and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Use creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol.
- Coordinate services with care providers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
