Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of account experience in a creative agency environment working with pharmaceutical brands.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships.
- Ability to own campaign execution independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
- Experience implementing AI to support efficiency in your work.
- Familiarity with workflow and review tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, or similar platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel for occasional in-person team meetings, approximately 10% annually.
- Must be based in EST or CST in Canada or the US.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute patient engagement campaigns from kickoff through launch and measurement.
- Coordinate day-to-day campaign execution, setup, quality control, and reporting.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for owned campaigns and respond to client needs and questions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal partners across functions.
- Identify process improvements and share campaign optimization recommendations.
- Provide informed perspectives on campaign strategy and execution approaches.
- Support onboarding and development of Associates and new team members.
- Reinforce foundational campaign processes and Client Solutions best practices with junior team members and new hires.
