Requirements
- Have previous experience leading a team, ideally a team of around five people.
- Have a track record of helping people on your team improve.
- Have experience on the investment side, such as at a family office, VC, growth fund, or investment bank, or in capital raising for private companies.
- Understand how family offices make decisions and what leads them to take a founder call.
- Be able to lead investor calls yourself.
- Be comfortable giving timely, constructive feedback and maintaining standards.
Responsibilities
- Set weekly priorities, targets, and support needs with the team.
- Join associates’ calls and review pitches before they are sent.
- Coach associates in the moment and hold weekly one-to-ones.
- Lead mandate calls that require a senior team member.
- Review weekly wins and losses and report results to both founders.
- Own results across mandate calls, activations, pitches, founder calls, and referrals.
- Support each associate’s growth with clear standards, feedback, and development plans.
- Hire and onboard new team members as the team grows.
- Maintain the standard for investor introductions.
