- 2+ years of experience in Video Editing for performance marketing or digital advertising.
Requirements
- Hold any Bachelor’s degree.
- Have 2+ years of video editing experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Have experience editing Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Know AI video generation tools and motion graphics.
- Understand storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual effects.
- Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Have strong communication skills in English and Kannada or any regional language (Read, Write & Speak).
- Have a personal laptop or desktop and stable internet connection for a work-from-home setup.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form ads for Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Use AI video tools to create and enhance video content.
- Develop innovative video formats, motion graphics, UI/UX overlays, and AI product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Promo Writers to turn scripts into engaging videos.
- Apply pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and B-roll to edited videos.
- Edit videos in English and Kannada, with linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Optimize videos for the target audience and each platform.
