- Have an advanced degree in biology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
- Have 3+ years of experience in biological research or applied work.
- Have experience interpreting experimental results and scientific literature.
- Be fluent in English, with strong written communication skills.
- Preferred: Have experience with biological databases, bioinformatics tools, R, or Python.
Responsibilities
- Design tasks involving molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, or bioinformatics.
- Develop reference solutions with clear reasoning, supporting evidence, and reproducible analysis where applicable.
- Evaluate agents’ use of biological databases, literature, analytical tools, and datasets.
- Define evaluation criteria and identify factual errors, unsupported conclusions, and methodological weaknesses.
- Review and refine tasks to ensure they are clear, scientifically sound, and appropriately challenging.
