Have at least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, systems administration, or software engineering.
Have practical experience maintaining and managing large-scale on-premise or bare-metal infrastructure.
Have very good Linux/Unix systems administration skills, including Debian distributions and RPM-based systems.
Have practical experience managing on-premise Kubernetes clusters.
Have very good knowledge of Docker.
Have experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and SigNoz or similar open-source monitoring solutions.
Have practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly GitLab.
Be able to write scripts to automate operational tasks.
Have advanced infrastructure and application deployment troubleshooting skills.
Be able to learn complex systems quickly, including when technical documentation is limited.
Be able to introduce changes incrementally without disrupting production environments.
Have English language proficiency of at least B2.

Maintain and administer on-premise and bare-metal infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters serving production and test environments.
Ensure the high availability, stability, and reliability of IT environments.
Monitor infrastructure, diagnose problems, and resolve technical incidents.
Work with IT Operations teams on incident handling, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Maintain and develop monitoring and observability solutions based on Prometheus, Grafana, and SigNoz.
Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and support development teams with day-to-day application deployments.
Automate operational tasks, including deployments, scaling, and environment configuration, using Ansible, Chef, and scripts.
Update systems, apply security patches, and perform necessary upgrades.
Identify areas for optimization and incrementally implement infrastructure and operational improvements.
Preserve continuity of existing systems while introducing changes.
