Job Details

Have built and operated highly available infrastructure at scale, including hundreds of servers, dozens of services, and real production load.
Have hands-on Kubernetes experience in self-hosted or bare-metal environments.
Be confident with Infrastructure as Code.
Have scripting and development skills.
Surface problems proactively and keep the team informed.
Have led a major infrastructure migration from planning through execution and stabilization (nice to have).
Have familiarity with Python and/or Go (nice to have).
Have exposure to proxy or networking-heavy infrastructure (nice to have).
Have experience in a small team where developers shared infrastructure responsibility (nice to have).
Be familiar with edge clusters or split compute/edge architectures (nice to have).

Own and evolve Webshare's production infrastructure.
Lead the migration from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes on premises.
Maintain high availability across hundreds of servers and approximately 50 services.
Drive observability in cooperation with the development team.
Establish and enforce Infrastructure as Code practices and CI/CD pipeline reliability.
Participate in the on-call rotation alongside backend engineers.
Lead infrastructure incident resolution, run post-mortems, and drive systematic remediation.
Contribute to platform tooling that improves developer experience and reduces infrastructure toil.
