Have at least 3 years of practical experience working with production environments.
Have experience analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into IT solutions.
Have practical knowledge of Apache Kafka, including brokers, topics, partitioning, schemas, and replication.
Be proficient in Kafka Streams and kSQL.
Have experience configuring and developing Kafka Connect connectors.
Have strong knowledge of Java and Spring, especially Spring Boot, Cloud, Security, and Data.
Have practical MongoDB experience, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Know GraphQL and have experience implementing services, schemas, and resolvers.
Have basic knowledge of Apache Iceberg.
Know Java and Python.
Have experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Know TLS, SASL, ACL, and data-encryption mechanisms.
Have experience with Scrum or Kanban and knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams.
Create functional and technical documentation.
Map data between systems.
Design Kafka topics, data schemas, and MongoDB, GraphQL, and Apache Iceberg structures.
Develop Spring Boot microservices and solutions using Kafka Streams and kSQL.
Implement producers, consumers, and stream-processing mechanisms.
Configure and develop Kafka Connect connectors.
Implement GraphQL services that expose data from MongoDB.
Monitor, diagnose, and optimize developed solutions.
