Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of experience.
- Use English at C1 level for daily communication in an international environment.
- Have experience working with business clients and explaining technical topics to business stakeholders.
- Have experience in domains where data consistency and verification are critical, such as tax, customs, accounting, audit, financial reporting, treasury, or supply chain.
- Have practical experience with Databricks or platforms such as Snowflake or Alteryx.
- Have strong SQL skills and practical Python experience.
- Understand ETL/ELT and data reconciliation and validation techniques.
- Have experience working with structured and semi-structured data.
- Be familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Sigma.
- Be familiar with modern AI/ML tools that support data processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and gather requirements.
- Understand business processes in finance and tax.
- Analyze, profile, and assess the quality of source data.
- Design and build data pipelines and transformation logic.
- Develop reporting models and advanced data reconciliation mechanisms.
- Implement AI/ML solutions.
