Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and deliver results independently.
- Develop project plans, track deadlines, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working with technical systems, APIs, data, and emerging technologies.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, analyze information, automate workflows, or improve productivity.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally and coordinate stakeholders across teams.
- Take initiative, anticipate challenges, and move deliverables forward with minimal supervision.
- Adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems quickly.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday.com, or similar project tracking and collaboration platforms is desirable.
- Telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS products, API-driven platforms, or communications infrastructure experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, AI-powered workflows, automation, Agile methodologies, or process improvement practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from initial planning through delivery and track milestones.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to establish priorities and maintain alignment.
- Develop project plans, manage schedules, monitor milestones, and track dependencies and progress.
- Identify blockers and risks, coordinate solutions, and escalate challenges when necessary.
- Document decisions and processes, track performance, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Integrate AI tools and automated workflows into project management activities.
- Identify process improvements using data-informed decisions to strengthen operational efficiency.
- Coordinate product launches, technical integrations, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
