Job Details

Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role working directly with software development teams.
Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong requirements-gathering and analytical skills, including translating business requests into buildable solutions.
Experience creating detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Good technical understanding, including the ability to understand system dependencies, limitations and integrations.
A hands-on approach to validating delivered functionality.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to information and documentation.
Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
Experience in iGaming / online casino is required.
Experience with VIP, CRM, bonuses, gamification or experimentation platforms is a plus.
Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups competing for development capacity is a plus.
Experience with in-house platforms or internal product teams is a plus.

Own and maintain a structured, prioritized platform backlog that is ready for development.
Work with Product Managers and domain owners across VIP, Payments, Casino, Sportsbook, CRM and other product areas to understand their needs.
Clarify vague or incomplete requests and identify the underlying business requirement.
Break larger initiatives into clear, manageable features.
Write user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria for developers.
Maintain product and feature documentation in Confluence or equivalent tools.
Lead backlog refinement sessions and clarify requirements with the development team during development.
Review and validate delivered features against acceptance criteria, working with QA where needed.
Identify dependencies, risks, scope changes and gaps, and communicate them to the Platform Lead.
Keep stakeholders informed about request progress, status and potential issues.
