Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Disposition Specialist at a US-based real estate investing company.
- Have a strong understanding of real estate wholesaling.
- Understand real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
- Have advanced/native English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- Be proficient with real estate CRMs and sales tools.
- Demonstrate negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Find qualified cash buyers.
- Identify buyers’ needs and buying criteria.
- Conduct market analysis to determine optimal property pricing and positioning.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and investors.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Create a buyer list and manage CRMs for the buying side of the business.
