Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving automotive and digital products.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on the client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide accurate and timely information.
- Provide warm and enthusiastic service in every customer interaction.
