Requirements
- Bring deep hands-on experience with DSPs, online ad operations, and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
- Use a consultative approach to solve complex advertising and business challenges for clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to set goals, measure success, hold internal and external teams accountable, and provide constructive feedback.
- Have experience coaching and fostering professional development within a trader community.
- Understand the full programmatic supply chain, including ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms.
- Bring hands-on experience trafficking and optimizing CPA, CPC, and direct marketing campaigns, preferably in an RTB environment.
- Be proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and visualization.
- Have troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of clients to support trading performance and account growth.
- Work with internal teams to create growth strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Advise clients on The Trade Desk platform’s best practices and functionality to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use data analysis and client feedback to develop optimization strategies and solutions for complex campaigns.
- Work with Product Management and cross-functional teams to help define platform features and enhancements.
- Create training collateral and internal resources for trading best practices.
- Partner with the client services team to develop and execute customer onboarding plans.
- Communicate The Trade Desk’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships to support account growth.
