Requirements
- Have 8+ years of software implementation experience, including deep expertise implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients.
- Have 3-5 years of experience within SaaS event technology; RainFocus experience is preferred.
- Gather, document, and translate complex requirements, configurations, and integrations across multiple systems.
- Have experience owning solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
- Advise executive-level client stakeholders and align solutions with long-term business strategy.
- Demonstrate experience creating efficiencies through process design, driving adoption, and measuring impact.
- Bring experience in event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical executive audiences.
- Build relationships across cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
- HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or JSON proficiency is preferred for advanced customization and integration requirements.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and extensive experience designing and implementing complex API integrations are preferred.
- Thought leadership contributions and a track record of mentoring Solution Consultants or equivalent implementation professionals are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall solution architecture for assigned client event-program implementations.
- Lead solution design that accounts for client requirements, system integrations, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with VP and C-suite client stakeholders and align solutions with their strategic objectives.
- Lead strategic discovery sessions and consultations to uncover client needs and opportunities for platform-driven improvement.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and technical teams to lead end-to-end solution design and drive platform adoption.
- Oversee timelines, quality standards, client expectations, scope, resource allocation, deliverables, and QA across client event portfolios.
- Facilitate client communications, including discovery sessions, post-conference reviews, and milestone reporting.
- Mentor Solution Consultants and other team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, social media, and conference presentations.
- Improve consulting processes and methodologies with cross-functional teams and present case-study findings to leadership.
