- Have 5+ years of software development experience.
- Have hands-on experience working in Scrum or Agile teams.
- Actively use AI-powered tools.
- Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bring a metrics-driven mindset.
- Have hands-on experience with change management or organizational learning.
- Work autonomously and comfortably with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Embed in Scrum teams to understand how developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers work, then design AI integration practices for each role.
- Attend sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily meetings to support Scrum processes and coach teams on AI transformation.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for developers using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Develop practices for designers using Figma AI, prompt-to-design, and AI-assisted concept generation.
- Help QA engineers use AI for test case generation, bug analysis, and automation scenario creation.
- Help product managers apply AI to backlog prioritization, user story writing, and data interpretation.
- Build an AI adoption maturity model and make individual and team progress visible and measurable.
- Design engagement loops, including gamification mechanics, badges, and leaderboards, to support sustained adoption.
- Cultivate a network of AI champions across role groups and analyze which tools add value in different roles and contexts.
- Work with leadership to connect AI adoption strategy to near-term actions and long-term organizational maturity goals.
