Job Details

Have 6+ years of relevant experience.
Have strong Terraform experience and the ability to implement new workflows and train others.
Have experience with FleetDM and building policies and reports to detect and prevent issues.
Have experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS and Linux desktops.
Have a history of defining and automating manual IT processes.
Have a strong understanding of identity management, including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
Be a US citizen and able to obtain clearance.
Nice to have: Okta administration experience.
Nice to have: strong scripting skills in a common programming language such as Python.
Nice to have: experience in government or defense environments under CMMC, FedRAMP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
Nice to have: Datadog experience building dashboards and alerts.
Nice to have: experience managing AWS, GCP, or a similar cloud provider.
Nice to have: experience with Nix.
Nice to have: experience with Tracecat or an equivalent SOAR.

Convert configuration management for key services to infrastructure as code, capturing business processes, approvers, and approval workflows in technical controls.
Convert a GitHub instance to Enterprise Managed Users with a Terraform-driven configuration workflow.
Triage and prioritize automation projects using statistics gathered through the ITSM.
Work with the security team to implement security controls, system hardening, and monitoring.
Document system run books and inventory.
Provide help desk support for approximately 30% of the role while building automations to reduce that workload.
