Requirements
- Have several years of commercial experience processing data with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Fabric.
- Have experience delivering data migrations from Azure Synapse to Microsoft Fabric.
- Know Azure Synapse and Azure.
- Have strong Apache PySpark skills using notebooks.
- Have experience working with CSV, Delta, and Parquet files.
- Have experience with ETL and ELT pipelines.
- Have experience working with Azure SQL.
- Have very good SQL (T-SQL) skills.
- Be able to analyze and maintain stored procedures and views.
- Be able to identify and map dependencies in medallion architecture across CSV, JSON, and SQL.
- Be able to reverse-engineer business logic from output to input, document rules, and identify edge cases.
Responsibilities
- Develop code and collaborate with the project team and client.
- Monitor and improve the performance of SQL queries.
- Participate in project analysis, estimation, and planning.
- Support other developers in analyzing and improving solutions.
- Propose new solutions and contribute to improving existing ones.
- Work with data in different formats and prepare it for further analysis using cloud technologies.
