Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Have experience working with data warehouses.
- Have very good Python skills and advanced SQL skills.
- Have experience with relational databases; Oracle is welcome.
- Have practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Know Microsoft Fabric and PySpark.
- Have experience with data modeling and ETL solutions.
- Have practical Power BI experience, including data modeling and DAX.
- Be able to solve complex problems in on-premise and cloud environments.
- Have experience working with Agile/Scrum.
- SAS Institute technologies, including SAS 4GL, are welcome.
- Experience with financial-industry projects is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes.
- Create and extend solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory and PySpark.
- Model data using facts, dimensions and star schemas.
- Develop and optimize solutions using Python and SQL.
- Integrate data from multiple sources across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data architecture design.
- Create models and develop reporting in Power BI.
- Contribute to work conducted using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
