Job Details

Be a senior-level full-stack engineer able to design and build an application end to end.
Have strong full-stack engineering experience; Java or Python and React are preferred.
Bring excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for daily work with business stakeholders.
Translate technical work into terms that non-technical stakeholders can follow.
Use product sense to understand stakeholder needs and propose fitting solutions without relying on a ticket or specification.
Have genuine enthusiasm for AI and use an AI-first workflow daily.
Have experience integrating LLMs into applications, or strong full-stack experience with relevant AI prototypes; production LLM experience is not mandatory.
Be comfortable owning project architecture, infrastructure, and tooling autonomously.
Be able to spin up services using containers, Kubernetes, or AWS on a local machine and work with a platform team to move them to production.
Pass the client AI transformation assignment, including a recorded video.

Work with stakeholders outside engineering to understand their workflows and identify where AI can help.
Design each solution's architecture and own the application, infrastructure, tooling, and deployment end to end.
Build and ship AI-enabled internal tools, including integrations between existing systems and suitable LLM-powered features or agents.
Use AI coding tools to prototype quickly, put working versions in front of users, and iterate on their feedback.
Explain technical decisions and progress in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.
Report progress to engineering management daily or weekly and flag gaps early.
Set up and run local environments, then work with the platform team to take solutions to production.
Follow existing data privacy, security, and governance controls for every solution.
