Responsibilities
- Scout creative professionals across graphic design, motion, UX/UI, copywriting, video production, and other disciplines for full-time and contract roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline across LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Develop search strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Maintain a diverse pool of freelancers and full-time candidates for creative hiring needs.
- Review portfolios and conduct preliminary screening for creative quality, culture fit, and role alignment.
- Provide a consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through handoff.
- Update the talent database with sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate status across open roles.
- Report on sourcing metrics and refine sourcing approaches based on results.
