Requirements
- Bring solid application security experience, including code review and vulnerability management.
- Have experience coordinating or conducting penetration tests or security audits.
- Be comfortable shipping code and working with Git/GitHub workflows.
- Have scripting and automation skills.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be comfortable working with products based on uncensored models and content.
- AI/LLM security familiarity, including prompt injection, jailbreaking, or adversarial testing, is a bonus.
- The company prefers B2B arrangements but is flexible and values long-term commitment.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly code reviews to identify vulnerabilities before release.
- Track, prioritize, and drive remediation of security vulnerabilities across the stack.
- Coordinate external security audits and penetration tests, and follow through on findings.
- Maintain the risk register, map company services, and keep GRC documentation up to date.
- Communicate new threats, document findings, and broadcast security updates company-wide.
- Run phishing simulations and security training via Riot.
- Monitor security channels and alerts, including weekend coverage.
- Set up and secure new employee devices using MDM, and manage access provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Monitor emerging generative AI attack techniques and security incidents or vulnerabilities disclosed by third-party AI providers.
