Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of software development experience through employment, internships, academic work, or personal projects.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent professional experience or certifications.
- Have working knowledge of React, including hooks, component composition, and state and props management.
- Have solid JavaScript skills and experience with HTML and CSS.
- Have some experience with C# and familiarity with Redux or React Query.
- Understand foundational full-stack development and communication between frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Have basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, Git or similar source code management tools, and deployment processes.
- Be able to explain individual responsibilities and contributions to a software feature or project.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and attention to code quality, usability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Understand the importance of protecting PHI and confidential customer information.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deliver features and bug fixes, focusing on responsive, accessible, and maintainable React interfaces.
- Build reusable React components using hooks, component composition, and state and props management.
- Integrate frontend applications with .NET Core APIs and SQL Server databases.
- Follow established practices for code quality, testing, source control, and deployment.
- Identify and resolve bugs, regressions, and usability issues in delivered features.
- Participate in pull request reviews and technical discussions, provide feedback, and communicate blockers.
- Apply privacy and security practices when handling PHI and other sensitive customer data.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to deliver dependable software.
