Requirements
- Project management or SaaS implementation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with radiology or imaging-center workflows, including patient scheduling, intake, and referrals, is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare customers or in healthcare operations is a plus.
- Experience working closely with clients.
- Willingness to train end users, configure product builds, and troubleshoot hands-on during implementation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work independently across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capability.
- Ability to rapidly grasp and apply complex business and technical concepts.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to support key initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessment.
- Gather client requirements and define project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain project plans and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and conduct project status meetings.
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve obstacles affecting timelines or deliverables.
- Train and support customers throughout implementation, including live sessions in person or virtually.
- Coordinate technical resources to connect openDoctor with customers’ other systems.
- Configure openDoctor product builds and collaborate with development teams on customization needs.
- Work with R&D, Customer Support, and Implementations teams to resolve technical challenges and improve interoperability.
- Assess and improve implementation processes, and help customers refine requirements and configure controls, settings, and quality checks.
